The three cleans

Rough clean happens after the heavy trades: debris out, dust down from high to low, floors cleared so finish work can start. Final clean is the detail pass: every surface, every fixture, every window track. Punch clean is the last touch before the owner walks the space.

Each stage has its own checklist and its own sign-off. Your super gets a text when each stage closes, with photos, so nobody drives over to check.

Built for GC schedules

Construction dates move. We hold a flexible window around your substantial completion date and confirm 48 hours out. If the date slides, the clean slides with it, and you are not charged for the schedule doing what construction schedules do.
